Yucatecan delicacies during your trip to these 5 cities

An exquisite gastronomic sample of one of the most popular cuisines in Mexico will be available for CityExpress guests.

The hotel chain wants to enhance the accommodation experience by adding gastronomic opportunities in five cities in the country, starting with Mexico City. There are 16 traditional recipes from Yucatan included in the Yucatecan Gastronomic Show, which will participate in an itinerant way on the following dates and cities:

• City Express Plus Reforma El Ángel from October 18 to 22

• City Express Plus Ensenada from October 25 to 29

• City Express Plus Tijuana from November 1 to 5

• City Express Plus Guadalajara Expo from November 8 to 12

• City Center CDMX from November 15 to 19

Among the dishes we will find appetizers, main courses and desserts: Yucatecan turkey broth, salbute, suckling pig tacos, panuchos, castacan tacos, papadzules, beans with pork, poc chuc, chicken pibil, tiki nxic, Yucatecan meat, pork, pork tenderloin, Yucatecan flan and sweet papaya.
