The fourth edition of the Festival of Flowers and Gardens arrives at Mexico City

After a break due to the COVID-19 pandemic and its restrictions, the Festival of Flowers and Gardens, FYJA returns to the capital with the theme of Reborn, representing transformation and the new mindset with which we see life after of recent years, so unexpected.

The essence of this edition lies in the opportunity to be reborn, from optimism to create new spaces, and what better way to do it than through floral art, gardening, floral and landscape design, thus celebrating the botanical tradition. This event will take place in the streets of Polanco from October 20 to 23, for which businesses and establishments in the area have been invited to decorate their facades to accompany this weekend full of colors.

This festival not only seeks to help us reconnect, but also represents an opportunity for a positive impact for CDMX, since approximately 150,000 people attended the last edition. Thus, the FYJA 2022 message invites us to reflect, to live in the present moment and to enjoy and care for the environment that surrounds us.

Nature, the calm and peace that it transmits to us, are the heart of the FYJA, which will have tours of strategic points such as Presidente Masaryk and Horacio, Lincoln Park, Parque América. Likewise, there will be a new venue: The Tamayo Museum; in which you can enjoy urban gardens and orchards made by landscapers and horticulturists, from whom we can learn how to create a garden, an orchard at home, among other topics.

Do not miss this weekend and we accompany the most important floral festival of the year.
